He is a visionary executive with over two decades of experience in retail media and programmatic advertising, bringing unparalleled expertise and a track record of success. His journey in the industry has taken him from leading accelerated leadership programs at Walmart and eBay to building retail media network businesses that achieved exponential growth in revenue and headcount.
As a founding member of Walmart Connect, Austin played a crucial role in launching and shaping the platform's strategic direction, significantly impacting retail media and advertising. This foundational experience at Walmart Connect equipped him with a solid understanding of the retail landscape, which he further enriched at Sam's Club by delving into membership models and marketing. This journey allowed him to master the nuances of member engagement and loyalty, blending innovative advertising solutions with deep membership insights to drive meaningful results. Austin was recognized in 2023 with the Path to Purchase Retail Media Pioneer Award, a testament to his influence and innovative approach in the field.
He holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from the University of Florida.
As our VPO, Nicole is the direct contact for our clients, from social media to website design, PR, email marketing, CRM, customer loyalty programs, and event promotions. Nicole has 15+ years of global experience launching innovative products, disseminating scientific and clinical evidence, and driving growth in highly regulated, competitive, and emerging worldwide markets.
She held leadership roles at Medtronic and W.L. Gore & Associates with global franchise responsibility for executing 10+ global product launches delivering multi-million dollar revenue through market expansion & adoption. Nicole has expertise in strategic market introduction of disruptive technologies, brand management and managing product lifecycle and competitive analysis. She is proficient at building strategic partnerships with thought leaders and innovators and leading innovative customer engagement programs.
Nicole loves bringing a client's vision to life, and seeing the results is rewarding. She earned a Ph.D. in Bioengineering at Georgia Tech and a B.S. in Bioengineering at the University of California, Berkeley.
